School & conference hall LED displays

Conference halls and school auditoriums use stage LED or side wings as one surface for presentation, broadcast and events. ARLEDSCREEN / NXTIONSTAR installs align with audio, lighting and the control room.

Hall geometry and viewing distance

Front-row distance drives pitch. School amphitheatres and hotel ballrooms differ in density; text-heavy decks need finer pitch than video-led events. Survey captures seating plans and critical reading distance.

AV integration

HDMI/SDI matrices, wireless presenters, cameras and hall control panels must share one topology with LED receivers. High refresh reduces flicker on camera. Spare inputs can be quoted.

School vs corporate priorities

Schools often prioritise durability and budget; corporate halls may prioritise brand colour and finer pitch. Both need simple source switching and operator panels. AI/CMS scheduling is defined early when required.

Mounting, acoustics and safety

Flown LED needs structural sign-off and safety bonds; stage walls need anchorage detail. Acoustic clashes and fan noise are checked. Colour calibration and operator training close delivery.

Minimum resolution for conference halls?

Driven by slide readability from the back row. Pitch × physical size yields pixel count; we can run a sample-slide readability check on survey.

Why LED instead of projection?

Readable under ambient light, consistent brightness and wide angles — less need to blackout the room.

How do school projects run?

Measure/survey → technical quote → approval → install → training. Tender docs should state pitch, nits and indoor IP clearly.
