Architectural & engineering LED integration

An LED surface is part of the building envelope and MEP systems. ARLEDSCREEN sizes NXTIONSTAR products with architects and engineers across structure, power and signal.

Early-phase LED decisions

Late pitch/cabinet choices break cable shafts and framing. Survey notes mark area, viewing angles, maintenance platforms and fire-escape conflicts. Real cabinet modules can sit in architectural renders.

Structural load and façade detail

Outdoor LED needs wind and dead-load calcs; indoor walls need substrate capacity. Steel/aluminium interfaces follow cabinet mount points. Waterproofing, thermal movement and service voids go into detail drawings.

Power, heat and signal

Peak power and three-phase balance feed the electrical design. Rear ventilation may be required. Fiber for long runs, CAT6A for short; critical spaces get spare sender/receiver topology. AI/media ports and latency budgets are added when needed.

Cross-discipline delivery pack

Quotes include preliminary BOM, power outline, signal diagram and install notes — one desk coordinating GC, electrical and AV from Gaziosmanpaşa.

When should architects call ARLEDSCREEN?

Ideally before detailed design or tender packs. Late calls force framing revisions and cost.

How is LED weight provided?

As estimated kg/m² for cabinet + frame + cabling; structural engineers fold it into load calcs. Final numbers depend on product and mount.

Are transparent retail LEDs architecture-friendly?

Yes — transparency vs daytime readability is chosen with the concept. See the shopfront guide for detail.
